THE Women's Guild and Fellowship meta in the chapel hall, where they were welcomed by Miss Brenda Curtis. She introduced Mrs Mo Brown, who gave an interesting talk on Holy Week, also leading the prayers. Mrs Elaine Peak thanked Mrs Brown, on behalf of members. Refreshments were served by Mesdames M Taylor and A Vincent. NORTHLEW Primary School Easter service at the parish church was well attended by parents as well as children. They were welcomed by the Vicar who led prayers. The children, under the direction of teacher H Lee, sang, accompanied by him on guitar, and gave Easter readings. At the beginning of the service one of the young pupils, Beccy Dennis, played a piece on the Henry Willis organ.
