AN opportunity to find out more about freemasonry exists in Yelverton next month when members of the Maristow Masonic Lodge opens its doors to the public.
The brethren are holding an open evening at the lodge on Monday July 1.
Keith Poulson, lodge secretary, said: 'The purpose of this evening is part of a national initiative to raise awareness of freemasonry, which for too long has been mistakenly regarded as a secret society, and to show how we form part of the local community.'
All are welcome to go and learn more at the lodge, which is in Dousland Road.
