CHAGFORD Cricket Club is holding its annual meeting at the Chagford Pavilion and Clubhouse at 7.30pm on Friday, February 4.
New players are welcome and are invited to the clubhouse to enjoy the refreshments and convivial company.
Mike Wreford for the club, said: 'There is scope for players of all abilities, as the first teamplay in Division B of the Devon Cricket League, and the second team in a lower division of the same league. 'In adddition there is a team in the Newton Abbot 20/20 competition as well as mid-week matches against touring sides and other friendlies.
'The club play on a lovely ground with excellent facilities and featured in the Wisden 2010 Calender as one of the most attractive grounds in the country.'
