YELVERTON Bohemians Cricket Club held a three day Summer cricket camp for its Colts at Langton Park.

The theme for the camp was 20/20 cricket.  

Each day the children participated in three different skills workshops based on batting, bowling and fielding skills particular to 20/20 cricket matches, such as hitting over the top, bowling yorkers and slower balls and diving catches.  

In the afternoon the players were split into two 20/20 teams such as The Rajasthan Royals and the Delhi Dare Devils and there were 20/20 cricket matches complete with music as each batter came onto the pitch and after each boundary or wicket and a player of the match award.

Yelverton Bohemians have had over 100 Colts playing for them this season and the club now has four level two coaches (who ran the camp) and two level one coaches.
