Premier Cup semi final first leg Boscastle 1 Gunnislake 2 GUNNISLAKE visited Boscastle for the third time this season and as always when these two sides meet a tight encounter unfolded. The play was spoilt by a strong wind that persisted throughout. Gunnislake scored two vital away goals. The first was a long range free kick by Stuart Wakenshaw as the midfielder took full advantage of the wind at his back. The second came on the hour mark when Andy Wakem showed great persistence to score having been played through by Andy Southcott. Soon after Andy Brenton made an excellent double save to keep Boscastle out but he was left with no chance when the hosts scored on 70 minutes. This Saturday Gunnislake host Sticker with a 2.30pm kick-off in the league.
