THE Classic Buskers are coming to Devon in February, so be prepared to be amazed and astounded as you watch and listen to two talented musicians mangle and manipulate many of your favourite classics!

On Friday, February 6 at 7.30pm, they will be appearing at Bere Ferrers Church.

With an ability to play many instruments between them Michael Copley and Ian Moore take a very sideways look at classical favourites.

Despite their combined talents as musicians they can?t help send it all up in the most hilarious manner. Playing at the speed of light they gallop, sometimes literally, through the familiar repertoire of favourites such as Ride of the Valkyries, complete with helmets and plaits and Schubert?s The Trout played on a fish shaped ocarina.

The Classic Buskers have been likened to Flanders and Swann with their dry verbal humour.

Tickets: adult £5, OAPs £4, child £3 from Anne Turner (01822) 841464. There will be refreshments.
