PLANS are well in hand for the Christmas Day lunch at the United Reformed Church in Tavistock but a party games organiser is still needed.

Thanks have been expressed to all who have volunteered to help on Christmas Eve and on the day to provide a festive lunch for people who would like some company this Christmas.

The turkeys are booked and the Christmas puddings ready, all that is needed is someone to organise some quiet party games to add to those already in place. Anyone who can help can call 01822 614613.

There are places left at the tables for more guests, so anyone who finds themselves at a loose end would be welcome to come and join in, there is no charges but places must be reserved.

A Christmas service starts at 10am or arrive at 11.30am for a coffee. Book on the above number.
