THE ever-popular Tamar Concert Choir will celebrate their 10th anniversary at the Wharf, Tavistock.on Thursday, June 29.
The choir will sing a programme of members' favourite songs.
It is ten years since their musical director Adrian Vernon Fish took over the choir. However because of increasing commitments in other fields Adrian has had to resign his post as conductor.
His successor is David Lodge — and this will be his first concert with the choir.
The programme includes items by Lennon and McCartney, Irving Berlin, Fred Weatherly, Paulo Tosti, Stevie Wonder. All this and many other well-loved pieces arranged specially for the choir by Adrian Vernon Fish.
