A TWO-hour free fun session for children will be held next Wednesday in the Meadows, Tavistock, from 2pm to 4pm to celebrate National Sure Start Month.
Sure Start is a Government scheme which provides good quality affordable childcare and helps people to find out about the opportunities in their area.
Attending the event will be representatives from zero14plus (Devon Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership), the Devon Childminding Association, the Pre-School Learning Alliance and the newly opened Scrapstore in Tavistock.
Activities will include face painting, hair braiding, circus skills and an arts and crafts workshop, plus music and drama.
