A HEARTY thanks has been extended to the community by the Hatherleigh Cancer Research Committee. Special praise goes to Mr and Mrs R Clark for their donation of £205 which was collected instead of presents following their 50th wedding anniversary celebrations. The celebrations were arranged for them by Angela and Peter Rockett. The committee expressed gratitude to the whole community for all their continued support, especially Iddesleigh Methodist Church for its generous donation of £106 following the harvest festival auction.
