A CHARITY shop raising money for a popular town sports club is to open in the town centre next week.

The Okehampton Rugby 50/50 shop, located in the former Martin's butcher shop on Fore Street, is open on Tuesday, August 7 at 10am.

People can donate items with 100% of profits going to the rugby club, or sell their produce for a 50/50% split.

It is to be run by volunteers. All sorts of items will be taken, but must be of a decent quality.

The shop will be open from 10am to 2pm on August 7 and August 8, and open from 10am to 4pm on August 9 and August 10. You can donate goods during these opening hours.
