A CHARITY quiz night was held at The Prince of Wales pub in Princetown recently, raising money for Dartmoor Search and Rescue.

The winning team was Shelly and the Geriatrics. Quiz master was Matt Wildgoose and a cuddly minion was auctioned off for £35.

The pub was packed and the event was deemed a success, raising £228.90.
