THE Two Bridges Hotel near Princetown is donating all the profits from a charity dinner this autumn to the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.

Award-winning executive chef Mike Palmer has created a five-course menu showcasing some of the best Devon produce of the season, and the menu will be paired with fine wines from the hotel’s cellars.

Mike Coombes, sales and marketing manager at Warm Welcome Hotels, commented: ‘Given the location of the Two Bridges Hotel, in the heart of Dartmoor National Park, we are very well aware of the vital role played by the Devon Air Ambulance in bringing urgent medical aid to those in need, often in testing flying conditions. Our charity dinner is a great opportunity for us to support this brilliant organisation, whilst also showcasing superb Devon food and fine wines.

Devon Air Ambulance Fundraising Director, Caroline Creer, commented: ‘We are extremely grateful to the Two Bridges Hotel for choosing to support Devon Air Ambulance with this fantastic event.
