CHAOS fighter Jordan Gale aged 11, drew in his first junior Thai Boxing bout, last Sunday at Carn Brea leisure centre, in Cornwall.
Jordan, from Tavistock, competed against Joe Kitchen from the Touchgloves Gym under a three x 1.30 min contest under junior rules (no contact to the head, and body protection worn).
Jordan's trainer Steve Pender said: Jordan fought really well, we were all very impressed to watch him putting all the techniques together in the ring that he has learnt, scoring with strong punch, knee, and kick combinations to the body in all the rounds.
'With Jordan piling on the pressure and throwing more assertive in the final round, his opponent Joe seemed to tire, the contest was close but we thought Jordan had done enough to gain the win.'
Jordan's other trainer Christi said "We are all so proud of Jordan, his performance was brilliant and to know that he has only been training with us for 12 weeks is incredible, his confidence just keeps on growing!".
Jordan and the rest of the junior team will be competing next on October 30 in Manchester.
