BUDDING photographers are invited to get snapping and take part in the Ghost of John Taylor photographic competition.
Tavistock Library is calling all enthusiastic photographers to enter the competition inspired by entrepreneur John Taylor, who designed and built Tavistock Canal.
The competition is split into three age groups of five to eleven years, 12 to 16, and 17 and over.
Under 16s are invited to take photographs of the Tavistock Canal, where as people aged 17 and older can enter photographs of the broader theme Ghost of John Taylor —images inspired by the legacy of John Taylor.
To enter please hand prints, no larger than A3, into Tavistock Library with name, age and contact details printed on the back or to submit digital entries email photographs saved in JPEG format to a maximum size of 2mb to [email protected]">[email protected]
The closing date for entries is May 10 and winning entries will be displayed in the library. Prizes will include book tokens.
