PLACES on a holiday to the west of America at the end of summer have unexpectedly become available due to illness, and the Devon Social Club is looking for people to fill the vacancies.

Cathy Dent from the group said two couples had had to pull out of the trip, which will include a visit to the Grand Canyon, the National park countryside and Las Vegas.

The cost is £830 for two weeks in luxury accommodation and single people sharing with another of the group's members do not have to pay single supplements.
