WELL known Cornish chamber choir 'Celtic Voices' will be performing music for remembrance at Callington Methodist Church on October 26 at 7.30pm.

The choir will be under the direction of choirmaster Kenneth Pethick and the organist will be David Bennett of Camborne.

Other artistes will be pianist Joanne Coutnenay, of Camborne, guest oboist Charlotte Brenton from Cornwall Youth Orchestra and percussionist Darren May of the award winning St Dennis Band.

The main part of the programme will be excerpts from Karl Jenkins' moving Mass for Peace.

Also included will be compositions by Hubert Parry, Walford Davies and Gabriel Faure.

Admission by programme is £6 to include refreshments at the close. 

The concert is in aid of the Royal British Legion and Callington Methodist Church.
