Argyle were quick off the mark, with Coakley scoring after just three minutes with a neat finish. Ten minutes later Okehampton were 2-0 up with an excellent goal from Ceebs, who controlled the ball before volleying home from 12 yards. Argyle controlled the rest of the half, but conceded just before the break when a rare Sandford attack saw a mix up in the defence and Back put the ball into his own net. The second half was the same as the first, with Argyle doing all the running. A good one touch link up play between Eddy and Wood released Monnox to extend Argyle?s lead to 3-1. Although Sandford scored to make it 3-2, further goals from Ceebs, Hiscock and Coakley gave Argyle a score they thoroughly deserved.
