THE Acoustic Cafe takes place once again this Saturday (May 27) as part of Tavistock?s live music charity evening. Proceeds from the evening will go towards fundraising efforts for Tavistock resident Val Sharpe, who is undertaking a sponsored cycle ride from Paris to London for the Great Ormond Street Children?s Charity. This month features a wide variety of artists, including Patchwork Community Choir, singer songwriter Rebecka Slater Lyons and guitarist and singer Gavin Tutt. Admission for the event at the Parish Church Centre in Plymouth Road is £4, doors open at 8pm.
