l THE cadets of Okehampton from the army cadet force and air training corps squadrons represented the town proudly at Exeter’s Festival of Remembrance last Thursday to remember those who died to defend their country.

From the ACF, Staff Sergeant Bolton, cadet Sergeant Shaw, Lance Corporal Smith and cadets Hill and Backshell attended the festival. From the ATC, Flight Sergeant Wortley, Corporal Bourne and cadets Bourne and Searle attended. Cadet Staff Sergeant Bolton went on to carry the standard for the Royal British Legion at the festival.
