THE start of May has seen a bumper bonus bonanza in Okehampton's community lottery. Cheques have been cashed left, right and centre with three draws taking place in three days on May 12, May 13 and May 14, with the draw on May 14 being the special May Day bonus draw. The three top prize winners were M J Bessell, Iris Lee and Mr Hawkins. they scooped £68, £65 and £50 respectively. Across the three draws, close to £900 was staked and around £500 will go towards vital fund raising work. The EX20 Lottery exists to support important groups and organisations situated within the EX20 Lottery. Anyone who wishes to join up and play for big money should contact Okehampton county councillor Christine Marsh.
