A NEW photographic competition in the Tamar Valley follows the success of two previous competitions. Tamar Valley Tourism is inviting entries for this year?s competition, entitled ?Buildings of the Tamar Valley?, and it is hoped to produce a calendar from the best entries. Pictures can be of any building or structure in the valles and entry is free and open to all. Photographs taken by young people are particularly welcome, and the closing date is June 31. Entry forms will be available in Callington and Tavistock libraries, Gunnislake and Albaston post offices, or with a sae from Brian Howlett, Deer Park Farm, Callington, PL17 8NW.
