YOUNGSTERS wanting to get outdoors this half-term can enjoy many activities at the National Trust's Cotehele Estate.
From February 17 to February 21 children can get outside and enjoy what nature has to offer near St Dominick.
Jamie Lang, ranger at the award-winning National Trust property, said: 'We're planning a different activity every day.
'Monday we'll be building bug houses, Tuesday we'll make wild art, Wednesday sign up for bushcraft activities, Thursday cook on a campfire and Friday you can join the gardening team to make cress-head people.'
All of the activities, except bushcraft, will run from 11am to 3pm on a drop-in basis, normal admission charges apply.
Bushcraft will run on Wednesday from 10am to noon and from 1pm to 3pm for £5 a session. A marquee will be available for wet weather. Normal admission charges apply and booking is essential on 01579 351346.
l February also marks the re-opening of many areas of the estate including the shop, barn restaurant and gallery — with its spring discovery exhibition featuring new work by British and West Country artists and clothing from Out of Xile — all re-open this Saturday (February 15) from 11am to 4pm.
The house and mill will re-open on March 15.
