HATHERLEIGH Players are producing the well known black comedy by Mike Leigh 'Abigail's Party' on May 26 and 27 and are in need of a three piece leather suite.
The players have described it as 'quite an ambitious and challenging production' and something of a 'tour de force' for the leading lady Louise Dilling as Beverly.
Alan Jones plays her husband Laurence and neighbours Angela and Tony are played by Helen Reddaway and Bernard Jones. Abigail's mother is played by Sandra Collier.
A leather suite is needed for the set so if anyone can lend one for a week would they please contact Mr Jones on 01837 810113.
Hatherleigh Town Hall will be the venue for the production which starts at 7.30pm on both nights.
Tickets, priced at £3.50, are available from Smarty Pants in Bridge Street, Hatherleigh.
