MONSIEUR Olivier Quesnot, the mayor of Horrabridge's twin town, Tilly-sur-Seulles, opens a new footbridge in the West Devon village. The bridge is named 'Tilly' Bridge to celebrate the twinning link between the two communities which has flourished for more than 30 years.
