THE first ends have been played at Okehampton Bowling Club, as the new season started last weekend.

The club played their first game of the season on Saturday, welcoming new members along.

As well as enjoying sport, the club raises money for charity throughout each season. Last year it raised £500 for Hospiscare through a number of charity events.
