BODYBUILDER Arthur Tainsh-Griffiths, from Crunch gym in Launceston, competed in the NABBA West Britain 2010 in Exeter where he won second place in the junior division.

Fellow gym mate Mark Quick (and owner of Crunch) also competed in the Masters Division.

Arthur has qualified to compete in the Mr Britain Junior finals in Southport at the end of May and both Mark and Arthur have been invited to compete in the UK finals in November this year in West Midlands.
