MUSIC in the meadow and praise for Pentecost are to go hand in hand this weekend. Voices from across Okehampton will unite in song as different denominations from the town come together for a songs of praise service in a remarkable setting. Christians Together in Okehampton, by permission of English Heritage, are holding a songs of praise service, for Pentecost Sunday, in the Okehampton Castle meadow on Sunday, May 11. The day is also known as Bluebell Sunday and admission to the castle will be free. David Waters, chair of Christians Together in Okehampton, said: 'We invite you all to join us in this picturesque setting for a time of thanksgiving in song.'
