A FIRE in a paperbank in Market Street, Okehampton was tackled by the town?s firefighters over the weekend. The contents of the paperbank were severely damaged by fire and one hose reel was used by the firecrew to extinguish the fire. On Sunday, September 17, one fire appliance from Okehampton was called out to a car fire. The incident occurred at around noon on the A30 at Drews Cottage on the eastbound carriageway.
