POLICE are investigating after the paper bank near the supermarket in Market Street, Okehampton, was deliberately set on fire shortly before 1am on Sunday. One fire appliance from Okehampton attended to put out the fire. The recycling bank was severely damaged by the fire and the crew had to unload its contents.
