THE Bishop of Plymouth will be visiting Tavistock's parish church on Sunday.

The visit will take place in St Eustachius' churchyard, or in the church if it is a wet day, at 10am on Sunday June 26.

The service will include holy communion with baptism conformation and the affirmation of baptismal vows.

A concert will also take place at the parish church on Friday July 1, with Tavistock Church Choir providing an evening of song and entertainment starting at 7.30pm. Tickets for the concert are £5 and available on the door.
