PATIENTS, healthcare staff and friends of the Outreach Chemotherapy Service, which operates at Tavistock Hospital, gathered at Tavistock's St Eustachius' Church last week, to celebrate the service's first birthday.

Nurses travelled in a new dedicated chemotherapy van to the church to let off balloons and enjoy a birthday cake and refreshments, before continuing celebrations in Liskeard and Kingsbridge, where the service also operates.
