THIS year's flower festival at Lifton parish church, which took place over the Bank Holiday weekend, was themed on 'Bells' with everything from school bells to wedding bells, ship bells and cow bells. There was a good stream of visitors throughout the weekend who enjoyed both the festival and the refreshments laid on.
