TAVISTOCK Area Support Services took a hit to its fundraising this week after the banner advertising the charity's weekly book sale disappeared.

Banners are expensive and to lose one is a cost to a small charity.

Manager at TASS Andy Lyle is appealing for people to come forward with information regarding the banner's whereabouts: 'If anyone finds it in their garden, behind a bush or on a wall, please can they return it to us?'
