THE balloon race in aid of Chicks — country holidays for inner-city kids — which was run as part of Lawsons' 10th anniversary was won by two balloons.

Balloon number 99 flew the furthest and was found by Mr Serpell at St Ive, but unfortunately no-one had bought it. The balloon which had been bought and flew the furthest was number 164, owned by Mark Human of Tavistock and found by Mr Howie in St Dominick.

All the winners receive a £20 gift voucher, and Liz Lawson thanked those who called in to say they had found balloons.
