SUPPORT has been given by Callington Town Council for equipment to be installed at Ginsters to convert waste into energy.

Councillors had deferred the item from November to find out more information about the biomass scheme and whether there had been any public issues in other areas of the country which had similar operations.

It was reported that there were no issues with odours being emitted from a site investigated in Swansea.
