NORTHLEW Parish Church was full to bursting last Sunday, when three baby cousins were baptised in a triple family christening.
Amber Louise Short and Florence Rose Millership, both nearly ten months, and their younger cousin Megan Jade Letchford, who is six months old, were the stars of the show at the family event.
Florence?s mother Morwenna, whose stepfather the Rev Geoffrey Pengelly performed her daughter?s christening, said the day was ?fantastic?.
?It was lovely, it went so quickly. It was all a bit mad but it was so unusual to have three little cousins christened together,? said Morwenna.
?They were lovely, there wasn?t a peep out of them ? I think they enjoyed all the attention actually,? she said.
Morwenna?s partner Shaun and his two sisters Claire and Julie and their proud mum, grandmother Marjorie, have all sung in the church choir at Northlew for many years. The triple christening was followed by a family party in the Victory Hall.
