AFTER a summer break Tavistock Area Support Services has launched its full programme of events and trips for the autumn.

2012 has been an exceptional year for the charity, with even more activities taking place at the Anchorage Centre, run either by TASS or other local charities and a full range of trips that in most cases has seen a convoy of minibuses getting out and about.

Transport to health has also seen even more people booking transport to their appointments and the outreach worker has visited and helped even more people than usual.

It is down to a committed army of volunteers who give their time freely, that help to get people out and about or helping in one of the nine outreach centre's and at the Anchorage Centre.
