WITH autumn now in full effect, RHS Garden Rosemoor has announced its line-up of activities for November.

The gardens will host a woven willow platters workshop and autumn art workshop for families on Friday, November 1. In the art workshop, participants can make their own artwork, using autumnal colours and natural materials from the garden.

On November 2 and 3, CJ Wildbird Care will be at Rosemoor to discuss birds in the garden. There are talks at 11.30am and 2.30pm each day.

The garden will fling open its gates for a free open day on Friday, November 8. There will also be free antique valuations by Bonhams of Exeter. The same day, Nigel Pinhorn will lead a fungi foray in Rosemoor's grounds.

November 9 and 10 sees talks on autumnal and winter plants, while November 13 sees a workshop on tree planting and aftercare.

November 23 and 24 are a busy couple of days, with half-day willow bunting workshops, a Christmas craft and design fair and a winter sculpture exhibition.
