OKEHAMPTON seemed a little slow from the start and despite a chance early on from Craig Dennis they found themselves a goal down.
This was a shock but Okehampton began to get back into the game with Craig, Brad and Harry having chances. The Central goalkeeper was having a great game and pulled off some good saves.
Okehampton were under pressure from the Central attackers but the solid defence kept them out.
Just after half-time, Luke Alden hit a lovely strike only to hit the bar, Okehampton thought the ball had bounced in but the referee disagreed.
Central broke and were awarded a free kick just outside the area which flew towards goal. Tom Fogerty got a hand to it but it was in. Two goals down and Okehampton began to pull out all the stops. Craig was the first to score, quickly followed by another when Brad's corner found his head into the top right of the goal.
Okehampton were back in the game with Brad making some great runs down the right wing and lovely defending from the everdependable Tom Bullingham.
Another brilliant run by Brad saw him cross the ball to Harry who slammed it into the back of the net. Okehampton were on top and managed to hold on to the final whistle.

Honiton U13s 2
OKEHAMPTON got off to a good start and had several attempts at goal saved. But Honiton soon applied the pressure and scored their first goal.
In the second half Okehampton never really got into the game and Honiton were rewarded with their second goal.
Okehampton had good spells of play, but never took control of the game.

Sidbury U12s 2
THIS was to be Okehampton's toughest game so far this season — Sidbury had a long unbeaten run to retain.
Okehampton made several advances but could not get on target. Benjamin Rowe was on the wing and passed across goal — Jamie Mallet came from nowhere to hit it in the back of the net, giving Okehampton the lead.
They surged forward with two successive attacks but the Sidbury keeper did some great work and kept the score at 1-0 at half-time.
Okehampton started the second half strongly. Ben Bickle made a great pass to Ross Voaden who shot and placed it over the keeper's head. Okehampton let it slip for a moment and Sidbury charged up the pitch and got a goal past Okehampton keeper Aaron Dearing.
The defence of Ben Barkwill, Ben Jarvis, Ryan Gross and Liam Alford were on form. Okehampton played some good team moves and Tallan Burns had a great game with superb marking on his players.
Ross Voaden scored his second goal with a powerful shot from out of the area. Okehampton's team effort was brilliant — Rhys Palmer played through the second half carrying an injury but his determination never let him give up.
Okehampton's only setback was when they gave away a penalty close to the final whistle and Sidbury scored.

Exmouth Juniors U11s 1
AFTER an early shot had gone just wide, it did not take long for Tallan Burns to score Okehampton's first goal.
After pressure from Okehampton and several shots just going wide Tallan scored his and Okehampton's second.
Anticipating a poor Exmouth goal kick, goal number three came from Callum Ware after good work from Matt Ware.
Exmouth got one back just before half-time.
After the break Okehampton kept up the pressure and more goals came with Callum Ware getting his second. Tomas Evis also scored two and Josh Croussy scored after a good through ball.

Honiton U10s 3
Okehampton U10s 4
OKEHAMPTON started well but were undone by a poor corner which allowed Honiton to break through.
Despite Kieran Coyle's best efforts Honiton took the lead.
Sustained pressure from Okehampton led to Craig Penberthy scoring to draw level, but Okehampton got caught out again and Honiton scored with a carbon copy of their first goal.
It could have been worse, but for a good save from Ebby Vallance late in the first half.
The second half saw Okehampton create more chances, but they could not convert them.
Alex Marden on the wing made a good run and levelled the scores again. Archie Frier then fed the ball through to Marden who crossed for Niall Leahy to score Okehampton's third.
Reece Foster played well on his return and he passed to Marden to score the fourth.
Okehampton had much more of the ball in the second half and George Morgan in goal had very little to do. Honiton managed to score a third in the dying minutes, but Okehampton held on for their first win of the season.
