FOLLOWING the tremendous success of their inaugural art exhibition in 2006, South Tawton Art Group will hold another exhibition this year at the village's 15th century Church House, from June 9 to 24. It will feature framed, original works of art, ranging from Dartmoor landscapes to modern abstracts, which will be available for sale. Admission to the exhibition, which will be open on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, is free, and refreshments will be available. South Tawton is also hosting an open gardens event as part of the National Gardens Scheme over the weekends of June 9 and 10, and June 23 and 24.
