A 14 year old girl was indecently assaulted in Horrabridge on two separate occasions in the past few days. Both incidents happened in an alleyway off Chapel Street in the Tilly Bridge area. The first incident happened on August 1 when the offender walked past and tried to grab the victim?s breasts. The second happened on August 4 where the same offender grabbed the victim again. This time she sprayed a can of deodorant in his face before running off. He is described as being a male white, believed to be in his 50s. He was around 5ft 8ins tall, of stocky build with grey hair which was bald on top. He is described by the victim as looking a bit like a monk. He had no facial hair but some stubble. He is also described as smelling of body odour. He was wearing a burgundy or maroon shirt and light coloured trousers. He was driving quite an old car, which was burgundy in colour. These assaults are obviously very concerning and if this man is seen the public are requested to ring 999 immediately. Crime reference: JT/06/1034.
