LOSING a key defender within the first five minutes of this match unsettled Okehampton who struggled to find their shape.
Exeter Rangers had several opportunities to score in the first half but none were successful.
With the wind blowing to their advantage in the second half Okehampton began to play better football, but it was Rangers who scored first.
Despite this setback Okehampton persevered and shots were taken at the opponents? goal, including some long range efforts from Hayley Vincent, which almost reached the back of the net.
Another goal from Exeter in the last quarter of an hour sealed Okehampton?s fate. A disappointing afternoon for the away team, but with a cup quarter-final this weekend, all efforts must be made to make this a more successful match.
