B-team drew 4-4 away against Yelverton. Ray Hinton and Alan Bruce 4-6, 4-6: v 2nd pair; 6-2, 6-2. Jonathan Stephens and Terry Rose v their 1st pair; 2-6, 2-6: v 2nd pair; 6-1, second set w/o for Tavistock due injury to Yelverton player.

C-team lost 4-5 at home to Torpoint in a close match which hinged on one set. Martin Hix and Mo Jayarayah v their 1st pair; 0-6, 2-6: v 2nd pair; 6-3, 4-6, 6-4. Josh Sutton and Rick Reed v their 1st pair; 1-6, 1-6: v 2nd pair; 7-6, 7-6.

D-team won 6-5 away against Looe (a new club in the league this year) which was a close and hard fought match overall with long rallies. Ladies A-team lost 0-8 at home to Yelverton who fielded a strong team. Di Kersey and Annie Jefferies v their 1st pair; 5-7, 1-6: v 2nd pair; 1-6, 4-6. Penny Deakin and Tric Locker v their 1st pair; 3-6, 2-6: v 2nd pair; 3-6, 1-6.

B-team won 8-1 away against St. Budeaux D. Sue Parsons and Tric Mowle v their 1st pair; 6-1, 6-3: v 2nd pair; 6-2, 6-3. Nikki Hoar and Olga Rogers v their 1st pair; 6-1, 7-5: v 2nd pair; 2-6, 7-5, 6-4.

C-team lost 5-6 at home against St. Budeaux D which was the closest of matches with some long sets, the result hingeing on the one tie-break.
