TAVISTOCK remain top of the league courtesy of a hat-trick from their youngest player Alicia Turner.
The town ladies got off to a flying start when Weeks was felled in the box and Turner smashed the penalty into the net.
Activate began to look the stronger team with accurate passing and neat one twos. Hurley and Kelly battled away midfield for Tavistock but it was the back four of Glasspoole, Cox, John and Shaw who were the busiest.
Then player of the match Sarah Blowey found Turner, who smashed in her second for Tavistock to make it 2-0 at half-time.
Tavistock started the second half on the back foot and Activate's Jodie Martin pulled one back for the visitors. Another reshuffle saw Coker helping out in defence and Bammons strengthening the midfield, Jones found loads of space on the wing but the ball rarely found it's way out with most of the play down the centre.
Hammond worked back well and ran the ball out at last to Jones who battles her way down the left wing. The ball was half cleared and put back in the danger area where Turner finished well again.
