POLICE in Tavistock are urging residents to check outbuildings and sheds, following a break-in in the Monksmead area of town.

Tools and kitchen equipment were stolen in the incident, which occurred between April 11 and 24.

Police say whoever broke in to the shed was very discreet and stress that people should regularly check outbuildings and their contents, making sure they re as secure as possible.
