A GREAT chance to learn something new is on offer in Okehampton next week, when Adult Learners Week is held in the town.
Whether it improves the chances of a new job, promotion or indulges a lifelong interest, the opportunities to learn are endless.
Alison Lange will be at Okehampton Library during the morning of May 13, to give advice to adults wishing to return to learning.
And the library, in partnership with Okehampton College Adult Learning Department, are offering beginners the chance to learn e-mail, internet and basic word processing skills.
There will be two separate sessions over a two week period, the sessions taking place in the library on May 13 and 20 during the morning.
The courses are free and booking is essential, either in person or by calling 01837 52805.
