A SERIES of advice and information surgeries is to be be held in Princetown over the coming months. A number of service providers involved with Princetown Partners have teamed up with High Moorland Community Action to provide better access to services, advice and information for local people. From early this month, a Jobcentreplus specialist adviser will be available at Wesley House to inform customers on all the services and provision available, and customers will be invited on an individual appointment basis. Customer services advisers from West Devon Borough Council will be available to provide help and assistance with council services on Wednesday, December 13, with a number of further dates in January and February. Princetown residents are also being surveyed to find out whether there are any other areas where advice surgeries would be useful. Princetown Partners Management Board members David Swales and Cllr Alan Hosking said they hoped as many people as possible would make use of the events and take time to complete the survey.
