THE Acoustic Café is opening its doors to the public this Saturday (April 24), to host another evening of entertainment.

This month, there will be a range of performances by local talented acts, including guitar duo 'Fretwork', singer/songwriter Mike Huber and comedy performance poet Rob Barrett.

There will be a selection of home-cooked food on offer and diners are welcome to take their own wine or beer to accompany their meal.

The proceeds from this month's Acoustic Café will be given to Wingletang Animal Rescue Centre.

The Acoustic Café takes place at the Parish Church Centre in Plymouth Road, Tavistock.

Admission is £6 and doors open at 7.30pm.
