KIDNEY Research UK is urging people to get their hearts racing while raising money for charity, and join them in a waterfall abseil.

The charity has organised this abseil down one of England's highest waterfalls, Canonteign Falls in Christow near Exeter, which is 220ft high.

According to Kidney Research UK, more than three million people in the UK are at risk of chronic kidney disease, and every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed with kidney cancer. The money raised will go towards research into kidney disease.

The waterfall abseil will take place on March 27 and 28. To find out more information or to register for the abseil, visit the website http://www.kidneyresearchuk.org/canonteign">www.kidneyresearchuk.org/canonteign
